Spring 2018 Session: If you are registering for the SPRING 2018 Session, please take a minute to read through the information below. We are so happy to have you join us!
Payments: Pay online now or delay payment by choosing the 'Pay Later' option. Payment is due by March 17, 2018, one week before the beginning of the Sping Session. We will send an email with a payment link so you can pay online a few weeks before the start of the session. You also have the option of sending a check to: Music Together in the Valley, 3543 14th Ave S, Minneapolis MN 55407 or of creating an account under 'Enrolled Families' on our website to pay.
'Pay Later' cancellations: If you choose the 'Pay Later' option but need to withdraw your registration for the SPRING Session, you will need to let us know by phone or email (651-439-4219 or Registrar@MusicTogetherClasses.com) at least one week prior to the start of the session, so by March 17, 2018. This is when we make commitments to teachers and to renting space, so we need to have an accurate count. If you do not withdraw by this date, you will be responsible for paying the full tuition for the session, whether or not you choose to attend classes.
Infant siblings: We allow babies under eight months old (born after July 24, 2017) who are siblings of paying Music Together® participants to attend class free of charge. If babies are not younger siblings of a paying child, they are regarded as the first registered child in a family and pay full price and we LOVE having infants in class! They bring so much to the class experience and benefit so much, as well.
Registration fee: Please note that for families new to Music Together in the Valley, there is a one-time-only registration fee of $15 in all of our locations that are not associated with a Parks and Rec or Community Ed department.
Please note: Occasionally we have to cancel a class due to low enrollment. If we cancel your class, we will work with you to help you find a class that works with your schedule and if we cannot find one, will issue a full refund if you have already paid. For our Parks and Recreation and Community Ed locations, their refund policies apply.
